My fiancé and I closed on our house in February thanks to Patrick and his fantastic team. As first-time homebuyers, we needed lots of guidance which Patrick was able to help us through. Patrick was a complete professional throughout the process including reaching out proactively and following up on questions/requests. he was incredibly knowledgeable of the local housing market and comparable housing prices which was very helpful during the negotiation process. Patrick was also detailed to make sure that all the items from the inspection processes were resolved prior to closing. I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone buying or selling a home.
